Our Founder – A Journey Dedicated to Ayurveda
Harsh Products was founded on Oct 8th, 2003 by Mr. Pradeep Bhide. Before this, Mr. Pradeep had been serving as the Director at a large group of companies in Mumbai. He has impressive professional experience, having worked with many distinguished Ayurvedic products manufacturers, holding positions like marketing agent, stockist, and distributor. He has always had an interest in the Ayurvedic tradition,
and started exploring it through regular study in Ayurvedic and Unani books & chikitsa notes in the mid-1980s.
After 3 successful years, in 2006, Mr. Pradeep Bhide decided to collaborate with Ayurveda experts and practitioners to increase business and spread the information about the miraculous Ayurvedic therapies. In Feb, 2006, Harsh Products stped out for Ayurved Prachar & Prasar & organised a seminar in Gomantak Ayurveda College,
Goa; on the subjects of Vandhyatva Chikitsa, and the practice of Uttar Basti.
The speaker for the day was late Dr. Vanita Rege, former Principal of Sion Ayurvedic College. The seminar was also blessed with the presence of Dr. Amar Adke, who delivered his insightful views on Ksharsutra. The following year, we hosted another seminar in Kolhapur on the subjects of Vandhyatva and PCOD; with lectures by Dr. Rege and Dr. Suvinay Damle, from Kudal. Since then, we have hosted several annual seminars in Kolhapur, Sangli & Ratnagiri District.
Our honest and dedicated efforts towards Ayurveda Prachar and Prasar have helped us to reach out to people and change lives.
In 2014, our operations expanded when we set up our second branch in Sangli District, followed by a third in Kolhapur in 2016. With the help of the age-old Ayurveda trading practices, and our determined team, we have been able to provide our customers quality products, and are always learning and innovating to be better.
